This award has showcased individuals leading successful, dynamic businesses over four decades. The entrepreneur must be the CEO or president of a private or public company who is primarily responsible for the recent performance of the company.  The independent panel of judges evaluates nominees on a variety of criteria, including, but not limited to: Entrepreneurial Spirit, Purpose, Growth, Impact and Financial Performance.

“I believe fearlessness has enabled me to successfully demonstrate leadership to the Wan Bridge team,” said Ting.  “I took a leap of faith when starting the company and so did each team member when they joined. Together, we have built a company that is leading the BTR movement in Texas defining the standards of build-to-rent and leading the sector nationwide.”

Ting, in support of the Company’s Wan Bridge Foundation, has also committed to charitable organizations within the local community as Wan Bridge donates to charities each time they launch a new community.  We wish Ting, “good luck” at the awards event to be held on June 15, 2023.
