The Northern Counties Builders and Developers Division is a branch of GHBA dedicated to professionals who do business in the territory north of I-10, one of the fastest growing areas in the nation. The division is the central point of contact for building and development issues that affect the area. If you work in Northern Harris County, Montgomery County, Waller County, parts of Liberty County, or beyond, this group is for you.

Monthly Luncheons
NCBDD meetings feature key local governmental officials and political leaders, as well as other topics of interest within the local building community.
NCBDD meets the fourth Wednesday of January-May and August-October, with a mix of networking, educational luncheons and other events. Early registration is highly recommended as seating is limited.
Northern Counties Annual Golf Tournament
Work less, play more! Catering to members on the north side of Houston, the NCBDD's Annual Golf Tournament promises to be one of the best events of the year. Take the day off and support the council's annual golf event! This event is held in the Fall at Walden Golf Club.
