Earn the Professional Builder Designation (PB)

To qualify for a Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) Professional Builder (PB) designation the candidate must demonstrate certain attributes by being a member in good standing with the GHBA, participate in required educational classroom hours, follow the GHBA code of ethics. The PB designation demonstrates a level of professionalism that is unique to Gulf Coast area builders. As a PB the builder shall support their industry through their participation and by attending continuing education events.

Earn the Professional Remodeler Designation (PR)

To qualify for a Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) Professional Remodeler (PR) designation the candidate must demonstrate certain attributes by being a member in good standing with the GHBA, participate in required educational classroom hours, follow the GHBA code of ethics. The PR designation demonstrates a level of professionalism that is unique to gulf coast area builders. As a PR the Remodeler shall support their industry through their participation and by attending continuing education events.

To qualify as a Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) Professional Builder Partner (PBP) the associate candidate must demonstrate certain attributes by being a GHBA Associate Member in good standing, participate in required educational classroom hours, and follow the GHBA Code of Ethics. The PBP designation demonstrates a level of professionalism that is unique to those individuals that support the gulf coast area home building industries. As a PBP the associate shall support their industry through their participation and by attending continuing education events.
