The committee focuses on locating and recruiting prospective members. Committee members receive prospects each month to call on—an excellent opportunity to hone your sales skills.

The Membership Committee is also responsible for planning the annual membership contest each year.

The Ambassadors Committee focuses on welcoming all new GHBA members to the association. This includes calling on new members, inviting them to upcoming events and making sure they are maximizing their membership by getting involved! It's a great way to meet and network with lots of members!

SPIKE Recruiters— Growing Our Strength through Member Recruitment, Retention and Involvement

Recruiting new members to the association is an activity recognized and rewarded through the Spike Club. Those who participate are called Spikes, and they are among the most valued members of the GHBA.

Member-to-member recruitment and retention efforts are the largest source of growth for the federation. Spikes bring grassroots growth and stability. These efforts lend to the development of the general membership and our leadership pipeline, keeping the face of the association true to that of our industry and the scope of interests we represent. Spikes are the membership leaders of our association, building the voice, power and influence on every level.
