
The Community Developers Council serves the residential development industry in the 11 counties of Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Waller, Liberty, Wharton, Galveston, Matagorda, Austin and Colorado. Council membership is open to all members of the GHBA. Members in development-related fields, such as engineering and land planning, may find the council meetings especially useful.
The council is active at the state, municipal, and county levels monitoring legislation, regulations, and ordinances that affect the development community. The council is proactive in reviewing and offering input to various government entities on specific issues.

Developers Council meetings provide a forum to monitor and address legislation that affects the development community.
The Developers Council meets the first Wednesday of every month at 1:30 p.m. in the GHBA Education Center.
