Throughout 2018, HomeAid Houston is celebrating its 15th anniversary of building hope and homes for the homeless of Houston. In that time, what is most remarkable is the number 50.
“In 2018, our 15th year in existence, HomeAid will have completed 50 projects,” said Bette Moser, executive director of HomeAid Houston. “These 50 projects, new and old, change the lives of men, women, children, families and veterans.”
These are projects that continue to enhance lives and in many cases, save lives. They house and serve children in crisis from all walks of life. They house single mothers and their children recovering from domestic abuse. They house and care for men who have struggled with drug abuse and are HIV positive. They house and support families who are struggling to make ends meet, and they house veterans who are trying to rebuild their lives.

“We are excited to begin our ’50 in 15′ celebration as our new projects get started,” said Bill Dalton, 2018 HomeAid president. “Our GHBA members, supporters and the community will be hearing more this year about HomeAid and the incredible journey we have taken to get where we are today.”
