Team members from Hillwood Communities spent a day volunteering at the Houston Food Bank, where they helped provide more than 3,700 meals to families facing food insecurity. The group came ready to work and left with a shared sense of accomplishment and a few fun memories.
“Giving back is something we deeply value at Hillwood,” General Manager Russell Bynum said. “All of us at Hillwood believe it’s important to give back by getting involved in our communities. Fighting hunger is a cause that aligns with our values, and it’s incredibly rewarding to know our team is helping make a real difference in the lives of local families.”
Hillwood Communities is known not only for building thoughtful, sustainable neighborhoods but also for its ongoing commitment to community service. Their recent visit to the food bank reflects the company’s broader mission to create positive, lasting change beyond the developments they build.
