Chesmar Homes has joined the 2019 GHBA Benefit Homes team. This will mark the sixth home Chesmar has constructed for this 39-year-old charity fundraiser.
Chesmar, led by president Scott Merovitch, will donate the construction management of its Mesquite Plan in NorthGrove, a Toll Brothers development.

Chesmar began its involvement with the Benefit Homes Project as a builder that donated construction management for five different homes over several years. The company has also chaired the Benefit Homes Project for a total of six years.
“Chesmar and the ‘Chesmarian’ team have shown their deep commitment to giving back to the community through various charitable organizations,” said Terry Swenson, PR director for the GHBA. “Both Don Klein and Scott Merovitch have led the Benefit Homes team to raise valuable funds for local charities. GHBA is grateful and honored to have them as part of the team for 2019.”
