When Jim Frankel founded the firm in 1988, his goal was to create a culture that prioritized customer service above all else. Since then, the company has refined the home building experience by implementing practices that emphasize client comfort and streamline the decision-making process. When Jim’s sons, Scott and Kevin, became co-presidents in 2015, they expanded the firm through the addition of a unique architectural design department, a portfolio-based build company, and a custom pool entity – resulting in overall revenue growth of over 500%.
