Chesmar Benefit Home – 2021 – Lago Mar Developed by Land Tejas

We were thrilled with the Hillcrest floorplan, and who wouldn’t be sold on Lago Mar and its amenities? We knew immediately when we saw the design and the amenities that it was what we had been looking for. We looked at about a dozen homes before we decided on this Benefit Home. We are retiring here and we will always know that buying it, helped two local charities. We also met several of the subcontractors and were impressed with their commitment to build for this program.
