Dave and his wife, Hannah, moved to Houston from Philadelphia in the summer of 2013 to work for a Houston-based cabinet manufacturer. While the kitchen cabinet business was taking him from one corner of the country to the other, the Castles quickly grew roots in Houston. Shortly after the birth of their first daughter, Charlotte, Dave decided it was time to settle down and get a job that would bring him home every night. He landed at DPIS Builder Services where he was first introduced to the GHBA and felt instantly at home.

Dave is passionate about his work but loves most time devoted to playing with his daughters, Charlotte (4) and Penny (1). He enjoys meeting new and interesting people and his favorite pastimes are cooking and trading stories over dinner and drinks with friends.

Around town, you can find the Castles at home in the Westbury subdivision in Houston. They are active members of City Church Houston, where Dave is preparing to serve on the diaconate. Dave is acting treasurer of the board at Poe Co Nursery School, where the Castles are helping to coordinate a campus change after a 47-year tradition at Poe Elementary School. You can be sure to see them with their heads spinning all throughout the month of June and looking forward to their annual summer vacation on the Jersey Shore and in the woods of Connecticut!
