HOME-PAC Trustees Recognized at End-of-Year Reception

On November 30, GHBA’s political action committee, HOME-PAC, brought back a once-favored tradition of coming together for a yearly reception to reflect on and celebrate the success of our PAC and the many candidates it supported through the 2022 election cycles. In addition, HOME-PAC recognized three members for their dedication and service to the PAC.

Jim Russ was recognized as the 2022 Trustee of the Year, Kristal Casey was recognized as the New Trustee of the Year, and Jim Holcomb was recognized with a Lifetime Achievement Award. (Pictured top right, with GHBA President and PAC Trustee Jennifer Keller.)

Looking ahead, GHBA’s HOME-PAC is starting the year off strong by screening candidates for the Houston Mayoral and City Council Races. These are only a handful of the important endorsements HOME-PAC will make and we encourage you to make your voice heard and renew your HOME-PAC membership for 2023.

HOME-PAC meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the GHBA offices.

If you have never been a member of HOME-PAC, 2023 is the year to do it! GHBA is piloting a new trustee level which offers an introductory year at half the cost, just $500. This membership affords you access to all HOME-PAC events and meetings, however only full trustees will have the ability to vote on official PAC business.
