COH Planning Department Recordation Appointment Change

Bradley PepperAdvocacy, Land Development

For all Plat Tracker applicants, the Planning Department is aware of the extended wait times for scheduling recordation appointments on TimeTap. In an effort to address the issue and improve customer service, the Planning Department is exploring an alternate method for booking recordation appointments.

Effective July 19, if you unable to find an immediate recordation appointment on TimeTap, submit your recordation application and fee payment in Plat Tracker, and request an appointment by filling out a recordation appointment scheduling form. A team member will contact you to verify that the application is ready to be processed and provide a date and time for the appointment.

There are a limited number of appointments available at this time and this option is only available until booked completely. Note that during these appointments, staff will only review the mylars for which the appointments are scheduled.
