Starting in late April and May, the Planning & Development Department will begin conducting all commission, board, and committee meetings in person only. This return to in-person meetings reflects the city’s continued commitment to ensuring compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act and brings us into alignment with current City Council meeting procedures.
All meetings will adhere to the previously stated schedules and locations, but Microsoft Teams participation will no longer be available as an option. Anyone wanting to provide comments may continue to do so in person or by email, phone or mail.
HTV will continue to broadcast meetings live and maintain a video archive of proceedings at www.houstontx.gov/htv.
