Toll Brothers, the developer of NorthGrove has donated a homesite for a 2019 Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) Benefit Home to be built by Chesmar Homes. Chesmar is building its Mesquite Plan for this 39 year old charity fundraiser. The beneficiaries of the Benefit Homes Project are HomeAid Houston and Operation Finally Home.
NorthGrove is located off FM 2978 in Magnolia, Texas in southern Montgomery County. The community is conveniently located within minutes from The Woodlands while offering a more intimate, small town feel. It is also just a short drive from major employers, shopping centers, al fresco dining, and cultural centers.
This heavily wooded community offers more than 200 acres of preserved green space, hike and bike trails, a children’s play area, a fitness center, natural waterscapes, luxury outdoor gathering spaces, three community lakes and a 7.5 acre recreation center called The Retreat. This center gets its name for the 9,400 sq. ft. clubhouse that is a contemporary lodge design and features numerous amenities.
