GHBA member company Alair Homes Houston recently opened its doors for a good cause, hosting Paws for a Cause, a fundraiser benefiting BARC Animal Shelter and Adoptions.
Owned by GHBA President Chris Bolio and GHBA Board Member Nick Spector, Alair Homes Houston welcomed members of the design, remodeling, and homebuilding communities for an evening dedicated to supporting one of the city’s most important animal welfare organizations. The event brought together industry professionals from the Interior Design Society (IDS), American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) to raise funds and awareness for BARC’s mission of caring for homeless and abandoned animals throughout the Houston area.
As Houston’s municipal animal shelter, BARC provides shelter, medical care, adoption services, and community outreach programs that help thousands of animals each year. Through events like Paws for a Cause, local businesses and community members can play a direct role in supporting those efforts.
For Alair Homes Houston, hosting the fundraiser was a natural extension of the company’s commitment to community involvement. While known for building and remodeling quality custom homes across the Greater Houston area, the company also recognizes the importance of supporting organizations that improve quality of life in the communities they serve.
