One of the most valuable benefits for GHBA Builder and Remodeler members is exclusive access to the Texas Association of Builders’ iron-clad contracts. These industry-tested documents are updated every two years to reflect new laws to keep you protected.

The TAB contracts package can save you tens of thousands of dollars in creating your own contracts for trade partners and clients, not to mention protecting your business from harmful litigation.

The comprehensive Texas Association of Builders Texas Residential Construction Contracts Package is available free to all council members who are current with the required contract seminar attendance.

In order to access the GHBA Contracts, your company must:

1. Be a GHBA Custom Builders Council or Remodelers Council member in good standing
2. Attend at least one Contract Seminar per calendar year

Contract seminars are typically held at the annual Homebuilding & Remodeling Expo in October and at one additional CBC/RMC meeting in the spring.
