About the Million Dollar Circle: The Million Dollar Circle Awards is an annual event recognizing new home sales achievement in the greater Houston area for 2023 CLOSED NEW home sales. Evening includes dinner & awards presentation, and a fabulous silent auction.

Eligibility: To qualify as a salesperson, he/she must have reached or exceeded the following closed (NET) annual new home sales volume during the 12-month period between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023. REALTORS (Brokers, Broker-Associates, Sales Associates) as well as those employed by builders on-site are also eligible. Applications may be made by or on behalf of the applicant. Builder must be a member of the GHBA and the applicant must be a CURRENT member of the Sales & Marketing Council.
Bronze Citation: $1 – 1.9 million
Silver Citation: $2 – 4.9 million
Gold Citation: $5 – 9.9 million
Platinum Citation: $10+ million
To qualify as a Sales Manager, the manager and staff must have reached or exceeded the following annual closed (NET) sales volumes during the 12-month period between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023.
Bronze Citation: $5 – 9.9 million
Silver Citation: $10 – 14.9 million
Gold Citation: $15 – 19.9 million
Platinum Citation: $20+ million
Application Cost: The cost per applicant is $150, which includes a Million Dollar Circle award certificate, recognition in Houston Builder magazine and admission to the awards dinner. ($20 late fee applies after Feb. 1). After submitting an application, you must also register to attend this event. An electronic photo in JPG style is REQUIRED at time of submission.
