Greater Houston Builders Association members came together two weeks ago for the Texas Association of Builders’ fall meetings in Bastrop. It was an incredible showing of the talent, dedication and leadership – both within the association and the industry – that our members possess.
Two veteran members – Randy Birdwell of Flintrock Builders and the late Larry Johnson of Johnson Development Corporation – were inducted into the Texas Housing Hall of Honor for their significant and lasting contributions to the Texas housing industry. GHBA President Matthew Reibenstein of Royal Design Build and Ron Rohrbacher of Rohrbacher Residential Construction Consulting both received the prestigious Presidential Distinguished Service Award for their service and commitment. We are excited to share that Ron will also become TAB’s inaugural Statewide Workforce Taskforce chair.
Several GHBA members also received “Of the Year” awards, which are given annually to recognize exemplary service and leadership contributions to the homebuilding industry by its members. We’d like to congratulate:
