Welcoming New Leadership and Honoring “Of the Year” Standouts

The Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) hosted its 2025 Xtravaganza on January 18, 2025, at the iconic X-Atrium of The Post Houston. With a theme of “X,” the evening embodied both the GHBA’s longstanding legacy and its forward-thinking vision. This year’s gala set new records for attendance and fundraising, with members and guests gathering in their finest “tuxes and tennies” to welcome incoming President Adam Aschmann of Tilson Homes and the 2025 board of directors while celebrating the outstanding achievements of GHBA’s members.
Guests were treated to an atmosphere of elegance and camaraderie in the industrial-chic venue, where the X-Atrium’s iconic staircase symbolized the event’s forward-looking vision.
Emceed by former GHBA Executive Officer Toy Wood, the evening began with a warm toast by presenting sponsor James Rudnicki of Bush Rudnicki Shelton, PC. Eddie Martin, also of Tilson Homes, a past GHBA president and current industry leader, served as the installing officer for Aschmann and the board.
