Stephanie Goldsby, Urban Craftsman

Meet the Chair — Stephanie Goldsby is the founder of Urban Craftsman, a residential construction and development firm known for custom homes and high-end renovations. She brings 12 years of executive experience as CFO/senior vice president at a commercial general contractor building ground-up retail for national brands, combined with an entrepreneurial focus on thoughtful design and an exceptional client experience that builds lasting relationships. After beginning with spec development, she launched Urban Craftsman in 2017 and has since expanded its services across custom building and luxury renovations. Stephanie holds an Executive MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business (2020) and a B.S. in Business Management. A sixth-generation Texan and third-generation Houstonian, she is deeply rooted in—and dedicated to—serving the Houston community.
