The Sales & Marketing Council was established as a forum for professionals to meet, network, and exchange ideas. The SMC is committed to the education, motivation, and growth of its membership - those who represent the epitome of professionalism in the marketing, merchandising, and sales of new homes. Regular dinner meetings are held, and seminars featuring local and national instructors are provided in an effort to achieve certification and professional designations for members. * No meetings in December.
